The basic assumption and strategic direction of each laboratory is to ensure the reliability of results. It applies to both on-site and external labs.
This strategic direction can be pursued through the implementation of the following steps:
- process analysis and identification of areas for improvement both within the organization (systemic audits) and in the whole chain (audits of suppliers, the so-called second party audits),
- identification of correction, corrective, and preventive actions (consulting)
- establishing procedures with regard to selection, implementation, and optimization of research methods, development of control plans, etc. (consulting, optimization of laboratory processes),
- implementation of a suitable management system that remains in compliance with global standards (consulting, training),
- ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations (conformity assessment, optimization of laboratory processes).
