This strategic direction can be pursued through the implementation of the following steps:

  • process analysis and identification of areas for improvement both within the organization (systemic audits) and in the whole chain (audits of suppliers, the so-called second party audits),
  • identification of correction, corrective, and preventive actions (consulting)
  • establishing procedures with regard to selection, implementation, and optimization of research methods, development of control plans, etc(consulting, optimization of laboratory processes),
  • implementation of a suitable management system that remains in compliance with global standards (consulting, training),
  • ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations (conformity assessment, optimization of laboratory processes).
