BRC is a global standard for food safety, developed by The British Retail Consortium. It comprises a set of recommendations and guidelines for companies operating in the food industry as well as for own brand providers.
I am a BRC Approved Training Partner, certified to deliver training courses in Food Issue 8 Packaging Issue 6 and trainings from Food Safety Management.
